>Questions regarding this statement should be directed to jcermenaro@ecsystemscorp.com

>This document describes our practices with respect to information we collect from you in connection with LDAR.COM and the use and disclosure of such information.

>Other web sites and on-line companies (including those we link to and those who link to us) have their own practices. In all cases, we encourage you to ask questions and to provide data only to sites whose practices you understand and trust.

>This statement and the policies outlined here are not intended to and do not give you any contractual or other legal rights.

>This web site is intended for professionals. It is not intended for usage by children. With that said, the safety of children is very important to all of us. People under the age of 16 should always ask a parent or guardian for permission before sending personal information to this or any other web site.

>LDAR.COM uses IP addresses (random numbers assigned to individual computers) to help diagnose problems with our servers, administer our web site, and anonymously track content preferences and traffic patterns. We also may use cookies (small text files transferred from our Web site to your hard drive) to recognize repeat users, track usage behavior, and facilitate your access to and use of our site. Cookies do not damage files or allow anyone to access your personally identifiable information – they simply allow us to tailor information to make your visits more enjoyable and/or efficient (i.e., less time to access some functions). They also provide information to us about site usage to help us improve and update our site. We may share aggregate (not individual) site usage statistics and demographic information with advertisers and other third parties, but this information will not include any personally identifiable information.

>You can delete a cookie that is on your hard disk at any time, using your operating system facilities. If you've set your browser to warn you before accepting cookies, you will receive the warning message with each cookie. You can refuse cookies by not accepting them or by setting your browser not to accept cookies. You do not need to have cookies turned on to use the LDAR.COM web site, although without cookies turned on you may not be able to take advantage of certain features.

>We collect personally identifiable information about you to the extent that you voluntarily submit such information to us, such as by registering for Discussions, filling out a support or feedback form, or contacting us via email. The contact information that we collect may include one or more of the following: your name, email address, phone number, company name. You may be contacted by us to clarify information you have submitted for posting on the web site. If we receive personally identifiable information from you from a third party, such as a complaint about your behavior, we may collect that as well. Among other things, we use this information to communicate with you. If you register to post messages or information, you will be disclosing your email address and a username. At your option, you may disclose your company name and address. If you choose to post messages in the Discussions section of the web site, you will be disclosing whatever personal information you include in your messages, plus your username and at your option your email address. Messages posted through our web based Discussions service will display a header including your username. It is possible that others may obtain or discern personal information about you from the information you provide in your posts. We may or may not review the actual content of your messages. Please be aware that when using the Discussions area of LDAR.COM, the information submitted is considered public information. Such disclosure may increase your chance of receiving unsolicited e-mails or “spam.” Please be careful, and use utmost discretion when disclosing information online.

>Although your privacy is very important to us, due to the existing legal, regulatory, and technical environment, we cannot fully ensure that your private communications and other personally identifiable information will not be unexpectedly disclosed to third parties; so you should not have an expectation of privacy in your account. Without limiting the foregoing, we can (and you authorize us to) disclose any information about you to private entities, law enforcement or other government officials to comply with their legal orders as we, in our sole discretion, believe necessary or appropriate.

>We use industry-standard methods to protect personally identifiable information from unauthorized access. Among other techniques, we usually store such information on a computer behind our "firewall" in a secure location (server logs), and we often restrict the number of employees internally who can access such data. Our server logs usually expire and get deleted eventually, although we can't guarantee that every server log will be deleted permanently. Of course, there is no such thing as "perfect security" on the Internet.

>This web site contains links to other web sites. Please note that when clicking on one of these links, you are being transferred to another web site. We encourage people to read the privacy statements of these linked sites, as their privacy policies may differ from ours.

>Privacy Policy of Advertisers:  We have no control over what use our advertisers make of the information they get as a result of your clicking on their ad on our site. However, most if not all of our advertisers have their own Privacy Policies that you can read if you go to their home page.

>Amendments to this policy will be posted at this URL and will be effective when posted.
